It can be used for handheld activities or attached to additional supports via the 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom. It can also be used with the Insta360 Bullet-Time Handle to shoot Bullet-Time images. The compact selfie stick telescopes from 11 to 47" in length when loosened by twisting the bottom handle. It's made of lightweight aluminum and provides a standard 1/4"-20 camera screw on top
